Florida is nothing but a huge City !! The latest bit of junk mail I got from there, was for some place that is less than $55,000 1/4 acre lot, Well and Septic. Oh, I had to check that Gem out !! I did the Street View thing, and the lawns are all burned up from to much sun and not enough water. Houses one after another, so close, if I fell down, I would be in the neighbor's yard!!

Now, how in the heck can a Septic System pass inspection on a 1/4 acre lot?

Snowed a couple inches on us last night in unit 13. Melted when sun came back out in the afternoon. Shot a couple rabits before it melted though. Stuck out pretty bad had just started to turn.

And I got to go with Homer being a LOT better than Talkeetna. Heh.

Speaking of Homer, AK... I got info today from the Driftwood Inn and RV Park in Homer, AK. and some Realtor from up there sent me some info on properties. Have not read it all yet, and I have no idea what that Driftwood place is like.

Kinda of a ramshakle old hotel down in the more hippie infested
part of town.

2 more emails this morning from Homer.. Prices are much cheaper than I thought for up there.

Don't worry, the price will go back up come Spring....
