1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1TBS baking powder
3TBS sugar

Add water slowly a little at a time so the batter don't become too thin .Mix until smooth . Dry fish with paper towel and dredge in batter until well coated then put in deep fryer until golden brown .Fish will have to be turned over to brown both sides .....ENJOY

The recipe may be doubled if larger amounts is needed
