I was just wondering how you put the animal on the tail puller. I don't really know how to explain this. Is the butt towards you or is the animal hanging off and tail on the mounted part. I checked archives and found the one but it wasn't explained enough. So if anyone have pictures of it in action That would be awesome.

Well I got a bench mount one for one of my christmas presents and want to use it on the coyote laying in the back of my car I got yesterday. So if anyone has pictures in action please post them.

I don't got pics, but the animal hangs off the bench. Let the weight of him help you. Split the tail to get it started, throw it on the stripper and push down, you will need to allow the animal to move down and re-pull. Each time the puller comes back to the starting point it will re-grab. You will have to push the handle down several times on a yote. Good luck hope that makes some sense.

That makes sense. Thank you very much it helps alot. I will try it on the coyote.

I use a 12 inch 1/2 rod to slide into the handle of the tail puller to get more leverage. Makes pulling tails easier.

will a long screwdriver work the same way for temporary use?
