In areas where you have the houses built upon a steel  post  and wood pad  foundation ,  is it common practice to  vent the clothes dryer directly  under the house ,  instead of out the side of the house  ? 
  First time I ever saw it done like that .

WOW !!   The house I  was looking at in Wasilla  that was going for $74,000   recently sold  for only $38,000
  Certainly is a Buyers Market!!

WOW !!   The house I  was looking at in Wasilla  that was going for $74,000   recently sold  for only $38,000
  Certainly is a Buyers Market!!  must be a meth house cause i just refinanced and the value of my house is 30 grand more than i paid for it 3 years ago....sure it wasnt a house in chicago or ny u were looking at.....alaska's market is strongest in us

I  think the value was in the land.  3.29 Acres on a Lake in Wasilla.

UB thank you for sharing the pictures and bear adventures in your back yard.  
  Just showed them to my wife who is always worried a bear ( black or Griz) "may" show up at the trap camp.  She is paranoid about bears.  After these pictures and your posts I think she realizes that a "show up" at our camp is a lot more rare than she thinks being that there is no salmon to attract them.  Also we are very careful about garbage or anything that may attract bears.
