We have a nasty storm rolling through here today. I was heading out to finish setting my Lynx line but thats on hold looks like warm weather and deep snow and freezing rain...I hope it hurries through here and gets to Mcgrath soon

My buddy TK got some unexpected company...

Weather is in the craps today, can't even see accross the yukon....possible freezsing rain conditions, and 28 miles to the cabin and no trail put in yet...i think that is a bit much for the bravo! So i am going to wait till monday and see how it looks, tons of snow out there...my buddy told me i can use SWT 550 Skandik to get the trail in. I think monday i am going to take him up on that offer. I have the 8th thru 13th off from work to try get everything lined out, quite excited say the least...

I went and got all ready to head out this morning, then it started to rain, and has not stopped. Pouring rain, just flat out SUCKS!!!!!

safe to say the weather is crap every where sucks here to 33 out on the porch and cant make up its mind if it wants to rain or snow

It isn't raining or snowing on the Kpen... it is just crusty ice.
Walking is hard, even in snow shoes.

Yup, this is some crap weather. I went to check the line today and came home completely soaked. Picking up a couple of reds made it a little more bearable.

Not sure Jon. He thought it would run $50.00 but I thought it was more like 100. Either way it was a good deal, especially since it didn't cost him anything to go there. I'll have Christine text him and I'll get back to you on that. I told him to offer part of the meat back for the elders too, so hopefully he did that. Should be some good eats!
