I find beaver fairly easy to catch if they haven't been educated. For me coyotes were a lot harder but they seem to get easier every year. They must be getting dumber because I continue to make the same mistakes.
I have nothing clever to put here.

It no wonder you aren't catching any coyotes Andrew. You sold me all of your good coyote traps. You got anymore for sale?

What else do you have trouble catching? That is exactly the kind of traps that I am looking to buy. Actually, what I bought from you was a bunch of work. I had to clean them, put new springs and levers, baseplate, center swivel and add chain. I should have just bought new, but that wouldn't have been any fun.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Coyote, Beaver are very easy to catch.

I am going to say, in my experience, that neither are actually very difficult to catch, but if I had to choose one I would pick the coyote, based on the sole reason, they have such a large area to roam, and right where I currently trap if I miss em the first time through it will be 3-4 days or even upwards to 6 days before they come back through again, so it takes more time. | | |
