After reading Nate's article about add on services I got to thinking that I need to have a sheet with all this stuff on it to check off and add notes as I go. Having this would not only be helpful for me to sell add-ons but would also be nice to give the customer a copy at the end of the inspection. So, does anyone have one of these already typed up that I can tweak and tailor to what I want? Care to share? If so let me know and I will send you my email address.

I had Office Max make up mine. double sheets. customer gets one.. i get one. everyone is happy.

Mine are done up in triplicate the home owner the insurance co. and me every one is on the same page . lol
