River Rats post jogged my memory of a friend, a funeral that saddens me still. I miss you Jim.

Those of us who had the pleasure to know him will always miss Jim. One [Please excuse my language... I'm an idiot] of a man!

I still wonder what might have made him fall off that ladder.

Things happen Phil, several possible variables, too many to finger it.

I really felt bad because both girls and his wife were so involved with his business! Be careful out there.

True story?

Mary couldn't sell his truck because of a bad odor.

Jim's fishing vest with decomp trout was behind the seat. I want to believe he went fishing that morning.

I think about Jim quite often. He and I used to talk quite often. He had a very good business, and was a very good friend. I think he would have become a moving force in the adc industry.

I would guess that this might be all we can wish for; being in the business for a relatively short time and still being talked about many years later. Rest In Peace, Jim.

I did not know him, however when Rob had the very first training event I was there and heard him speak. I saw the 1/4 " tube of hardware cloth he used as an excluder and heard him talk about selling them, I thought the standard " I could make that", LOL His talk was what made me KNOW I could do Bat work. He was proud of the travel, his family the tall ladder work, etc.

K9 I would say he was a moving force in the Industry!!
