This is an obvious structural problem, these idiots put a ton of money into re doing the structure, making it look all pretty, well, this 120 year old building's foundation shifted a hair, and wall-ah.
spackle would only be a quick fix.... the building is just a endless money pit. It should be torn down, and rebuilt.

As fare fixing that . I would rent 3 20 ton screw jacks . Buy some adjustable stantion poles and get some steel shims. Jack that baby back up and maybe the footing is done sinking . If not keep jacking it up till it done moving . Same thing can be done with any house with uneven floors . Really not that big of a deal . Getter done
