Folks,

I know this info is out there, someone remind me, I've got a client where I need a tan/brown coated 1/4" hardware cloth, preferably
48" tall by 50 or 100' long.

Does Louis Page sell this, others?

Thanks for any info,

Justin

I don't think Louis Page has that color in vinyl coated mesh. You could call them and ask if it could be painted and if so what kind of paint would they recomend?

Just a thought.

Good Luck

Here are a couple of sources of coated hardware cloth, not in your desired colors though.

I have painted ¼ and ½ inch mesh galvanized hardware cloth with a good quality exterior latex house paint. This was used mainly on house gable vents, so was not exposed to much wear and tear. Have not noticed any color deterioration, some has been up over 15 years. Never tried it on a single piece 50-100 feet long though. You might want to try it on a sample to see if it fits your requirements.

I can only find black and green vinyl coated wire. This topic was covered not too long ago.If you do a search for this type of topic there were several companies that were listed for wire suppliers. I gave two suppliers that we have used for many years.

Thanks guys, and thanks bob, I remember that discussion wasn't too long ago, was in need of the info and I was mobile and the search is a
bit much on the iphone for my taste.

The paint suggestions are good ones too, have painted hardware cloth for things similar Ron but was looking at hundreds of feet in this case
and thought maybe it would be easier, but likely more price.

thanks again guys!

Justin
