Has anyone caught groundhogs whose inciseors do not meet, and
therefore they continue to grow.

I have caught two (2) in the past few years.

Anyone know if this gentic, or just the lack of a
good dentist.

Sorry folks, I invented it. She only exists in my fantasy world where there is a bevy of girls with offset ears and breastisses, large noses, crossed eyes, big foreheads, great smiles,....and they all have one thing in common.

Yes are correct Dave. I apologize for the hijack. Mods, please send me to banned camp. In banned camp, are there lithe young fema...........oh never mind.

Is not excess rodent tooth growth because of insufficient trimming by the rodent on hard objects?

Like any other animal with teeth, some rodents are born with malocclusion (the condition in which teeth of the upper and lower jaw don't meet properly). If it happens with the incisors - which grow throughout the lives of rodents - the teeth are unable to be sharpened/ground down and slow starvation results. I'm told that the upper incisors also can curl around in the rodent's mouth and grow up into the brain. Also fatal.
