Should have had the apple pie that they where passing around for free . Wiggler did they auction off that old float set over and over again . Last year they must have sold that ugly thing 10 times and made a 1,000 bucks from it

Can't go wrong with a Williams trap. Simple, tough... don't think I've ever had a lick of trouble with them. Darn good traps.

was the williams trap guy down in the coral where we were cooking? those traps didnt impress me that much for the money.. i mean they looked OK, but i still want traps with 1/2" wire around the bottom and sides. if that was the guy, i talked with him for a while. is he the one that had the funnel like colony traps? those were pretty nice looking. but his cages for coons were kind of pricey IMHO for what you were getting. I got the Duke cages for $26 that hold up just as good. whistle

No not that guy . There's a pic of the guy I got mine from . He's a hard guy to deal with but finally just gave up and bought all 5 he had and got ten bucks off . I got 5 traps for 145.00 . There wasn't much there in live traps . Last year I loaded up on tomahawk . I got a steel on them . Nice thing about the Williams I can put the smaller size inside the larger without the door hanging open .

Yeah, I like 1/2 x 1" spacing at the bait area, except for the top. Some traps have different wire spacing in different areas; I like 1 x 2" on the top over the bait area.
Pesky, just wrap a tag around the handle; there's no safe place to put a tag on a Wms. trap.

They have the extra wire on them . I could have saved a few bucks buy adding that my self but that's the only kind he had . The handle never even thought of that . Just love the traps . Think I'll make one up so the door is reversed like my squirrel traps .
