I'm not really sure if anybody will understand this video . After I watched I no I had trouble understanding what my point was . This framer has made some mistakes .the biggest mistake he has made is he went by the blue print .this house has trusses . A carpenter needs to build the house to fit the trusses . I'm not really sure what there plan is with them over hangs . My guess they don't ether . I'm sure the animals will love this house . By walking around looking at houses being built can not hurt the trapper or the guy doing exclusions . After the house is framed in the rest of the stuff that goes on is to keep the weather out and looks

this house is just a couple doors down from the one in the video . This hole could be used by bats

This corner of the house was red tagged by the building inspecter . The code states the pine must be tight to the roof . Notice the fix the carpenter made , he replaced face and made it tight but left the softet short he also had a dull saw blade notice how the blade chipped away at his cut . I put a door here there was bat dropings up inside
Bats and flyers entry a canada goose could nest in that hole . I put a web and a door there
The pine freeze board gets packed out with 1/2 ply wood so the tits of the sidding doesn't stick past the board and there will be gaps in the packer .this should have been chalked not sure how they got away with it but good entry point . It could be packed out 3/4 if vinyl sidding was used and sidding will just slide behind the board not using any channel . That's will never fly with the inspector but I still see done .
