That bat was really making some noise . The echo in the fire place made it hard to pin point the guy . I can't handle animals the way I wish with gloves on . Animals can bite threw gloves . That's just me so please wear gloves

Pesky, I do my best not to be critical and I see you take some grief from others on here but hear it goes. "You get comfortable with them", you get bit. That has to be the most foolish thing I have seen yet. Even the customer is concerned for your safety. Little browns do not bite through quality leather gloves. To each their own. If you keep that up we will be less one ADC guy in this state.

ive had the shots and that still spooks me.. i dont really grab any critter without my gloves on.. its just me... im a sissy...

Hey Mike, don't feel bad. I kind of like Pesky but I've got to say that I am not teaching my grandchildren the same way Pesky is teaching his kids. And I'm sure that we both have the safety of our offspring first and foremost in our minds.

not only that Paul, but when I've got a wife and a 2 year old at home I have to do everything in my power to make sure I get home safely every night!

Good post Mike and very timely! My son was here today and telling me about upcoming bat jobs. I told him to be very careful about the high bat work. He has a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a couple month old. I'll feel much better when he trains someone to take his place and spends more time in the office. Of course, if he's anything like me, by then I'll be looking down from heaven! ( Well come on you guys, it beats looking up from 'you know where.' )

Paul if he has a 4 and 2 year old and a 2 month, you are obviously not keeping him busy enough. He's spending way too much time at home.

Pesky, I can say with all honesty I thoroughly enjoy reading all of your posts, and watching your videos. I realize you take alot of " constructive criticism ", but videos like that makes you remind me of a tid bit more mild version of turtleman!
