USDA wildlife Services has been listed at the top of the state run "find a NWCO" page.
After filing a complaint the state relished them further down the list under w instead of a.

You should check your state to make sure your state is promoting tax paying small businesses instead of the Feds.

Actually thats a big victory. I pointed it out a few years ago and didn't get apositive response and didn't pursue it. Who filled the complaint? I'd like to thank them for all of us.

Most big victories happen with many smaller ones! I think that is great, keep up the fight!

Cody failed to mention that USDA WS tried pulling a fast one being listed as "APHIS" starting with an A instead of where they actually belong (if at all )in the back of the bus with the W's or U's as USDA Wildlife Services.

Great post and great work Cody!

Cody,

One question, was them being on that list at thei request or was that setup by your state without ws input?
I ask because these are important details rarely discussed or offered up.

I agre they shouldn't be on that list.

Hd I do not know. But I imagine it was.
I will keep working on getting them off.
But I have to work with the biologist that maintains the site so I have to take baby steps

Maybe NWCOA can formally request them taken off for good?

NWCOA - somebody- anybody - but better yet a US federal judge with a ruling and precedence setin our favor in an actual court of law!

It may be unethical, & wrong but not illegal in the local USDA WS's own eyes; remember things like that have never stopped USDA WS from tramping over our rights to work in the past!

.... and back at the USDA WS KY State Directors Office they are probably saying when pigs fly!
