DEC does not deal with domesticated animals .Thats up to the dept. of agriculture. Since there is no laws in effect that you have to have you cat licenced,they claim that you could end up with lawsuits ,even if it is feral ,someone might claim it as their pet.Were you looking to have a field agent there? Or you just passing it along? I don't would get rich off the rats alone there...lol. If I don't take them ,i know of another guy who might .As you are the one advertising ,I'm wondering how you are looking to go about?
