If you ever find yourself with problem pigeons, here's what to do with them!
Pigeon poppers:
Filet the breast of pigeons without separating the two halves. (Leave the transparent membrane connecting in the center)
Split jalapeno peppers in half length wise and seed them.
Fold the two halves of the pigeon breast around 1/2 of the jalapeno.
Wrap with a slice of bacon and pin it with a wooden toothpick.
Marinate the poppers in Worcestershire sauce for 1 hr.
Grill at a low temp until done and enjoy!
