I might be doing a full attic clean out for rats and a dead something. It is 2300sq ft. There is mostly batts and some blown in insulation.
Will the verso vac work if I tear the pieces of batts up? Should I just remove the batts in trash bags?
I would like to know from people who have done this. The attic will need to be vacumed to get out the rat feces anyways. If I could just remove the trash bags out of a gable vent I would, but it has to go through the house which I am not a fan of. If we could use the versa vac the price and time would be a lot less than bagging it. Thanks for your thoughts, Aaron.

Put the batts in trashbags. Too much work to cut up.....

The versa vac will be good for the loose insulation.

Batts will clog the tubes. I'd use trash bags also
