Does anybody know anything about truffles I think I have a yard full of them they are growing on Old Pine tree roots

I dont think truffles grow above ground!Thats why they use pigs to find them under the soil.

We have what are known as Oregon black and oregon white truffles here. They are very good, and grow in fir tree farms. What you have are probably rhizopogon and not truffles.

looking at Images on google and this is what they look like they are actually mostly under ground I was plant some fig bushes and kina dug them up just wondering what they were thanks guys
