I am having issues with sewer rats in older homes that have been remolded.

The homes are block construction and smoke test are coming up nevitive for pipe breaches,,,,BUT I know this is the "issue"

Anyone else experience this ? What did you come up with that is less invasive the cutting dry wall?

Ive had rodents come up into the sump pump pit in the basement.
