I have been an adc operator since mid 70s,I have recently been overrun with wildlife control companies.with the Internet revolution,it has become who can spend the most for ads.i have a smart [Please excuse my language... I'm an idiot],that is taking my companies name and using it in his google ads,there must be a legal way to stop this,but I don't know what to do.i know what I want to do ,like the old fashioned way.maybe someone else had this happen to them,and can steer me in the right direction. As long as your companys name is recorded with the secratary of state it is yours and yours alone. However if you have not safe guarded it in that manner the other guy can use it. If your registered report him and you can get it stopped.

Its a cheep trick people use Tom. There are some advertizers doing a similar thing to myself and a few others.Personaly, I think its funny that they think they gain anything by doing it.
