"Lynsey White Dasher, an urban wildlife specialist with the Humane Society of the United States , said coyotes are typically afraid of humans, but people typically don’t react when they see the animals.

“So it’s important to yell and wave your arms and say, ‘go away, coyote,’” she said. “You can blow (a) whistle or shoot them with a water hose or squirt gun.”

White Dasher said if a coyote approaches you, establish your presence instead of running."

She is referring to coyote sightings in Bayside. That is your service area.

Nate, that meeting was last night and guess who was sitting in the front row? I don't think see liked me. Those people can even talk about human fatalities, mange, and especially the fact that if you have a bad coyote or two ( or seven ) you have to take them out.

And don't forget, the next time you're walking your dog, make sure to take along one of those compressed air horns. The coyote may not mind but I guarantee your dog will hate it.

My question is if someone takes her advice and attempts to spray a coyote with a water gun and they get bit can they sue the Humane Society for horrible advice?

Yes, she was attractive. Not as hot as your Jessica, but nice looking, never the less.

P.S. If you work for HSUS, I'm guessing that the two qualities that you will need to possess is, nice looking, and a complete moron.

A cute young technician was explaining to a group of sheep herders the sucess of giving coyotes vasectimies. An old fellow in back row explained that she didn't understand the problem. The yotes were not "lovin" the sheep, they were eating them

Great story; I already passed it on. I know you Canadians have a great sense of humor. Why else would you have stuck us with Jim Carrey, William Shatner, and Justin Bieber?
