Flyman41 trapper F Joined: Dec 2009 Kegley, West Virginia	I am getting ready to start up. Just finished all my stuff. Im in the very southern part. Mercer County. I don't know about nonresident but residents have to have a West Virginia business license and take a 50 question test. After you pass you must apply for the license to do Nuisance control and be background checked. For extermination work and handle chemicals and insecticides you must have a contractors license specifically for extermination work according to the Tax dept. Just a few things that may help you.
