RSMO 835.92 Revised 04/01/2013 - Feline Enticement. Misdemeanor Class 3. Punishable by fines of up to $500. A person(s) commits the crime of feline enticement when they try to entice a cat with a glass of milk. In doing so you may cause the cat irreparable harm by:

A. withdrawing said glass of milk causing emotional distress
B. cat may get head stuck in glass causing suffocation or drowning
C. causing involuntary regurgitation and/or flatulance if said cat is lactose intolerant

First Offense - Fine of $75 plus court costs
Second Offense - Fine of $250 plus court costs
Third Offense - Fine of $500 plus court costs and court mandated therapy

This was iniated because my wife was giving milk to a VERY pregnant cat on our back porch. Needless to say I ran the cat off and put my wife on probation.

Same thing here only I ran my feral wife off and the cat is on probation till the cur sees her.
