Had a call today from a new customer. He said that they'd been having issues with a leaky roof and now they have a hole in their bedroom ceiling and raccoons running around in the bedroom. Could this be a potential problem?

Only a problem if they get into the bathroom I assume they would do a number on the toilet paper roll...

I am not sure I understand , but a raccoon running around in MY bedroom is going to be a PROBLEM!!!!
