Now they're paying you again...then again next spring, next fall etc., until somebody in the beaurocracy sees that they're going broke doing the same thing over and over and over... OneHandSetters OP trapper O Joined: Dec 2012 Manchester Vt	That is the top to a new culvert that was just put in a month ago. THE RR could not unplug the old one. I just take out the beavers as told. OneHandSetters OP trapper O Joined: Dec 2012 Manchester Vt	I got the culvert opened up last night after i made a pole 28 feet long that bolted together to reach all the way through the culvert. RR just has to repair the rail bed. They do not have to pull the culvert back out this time. Dave Knowledge is power, that becomes worthless unless you pass it on!
