With the prices of gas ranging from 3.05 here to 4.00 something, how are the mileage charge ranges. Currently it is .70 cents a mile

A trap is only a trap if you dont know about it. If you know about it, its a challenge

I don't charge for mileage. I'm set up for a different flat fee per zone. Each zone has a different price depending on travel etc.

$1 a mile for every mile over 5 one way

25 mile trip - $20 trip charge on top of setup etc (each trip)

Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure

Is this a hidden charge or do your clients know ahead of time where you will be coming from? I can't imagine getting any of our customers from more than three feet away, at today's gas prices. Now, if you don't charge a service call, set-up fee, or whatever else you would like to call it, then you would certainly be in the ballpark.
