Jake, I differentiate myself as a professional or technician as opposed to at least one local "competitor" whose salesman is []only that[/i], and incapable or not gonna do basic inspection. Just wants to sell the job, no more.

I am still struggling with the service/inspection fee. I feel like I get all the "let me talk my wife and I will get back to you" when
I tell them I charge an inspection.
