Twitter could be used with little involvement if you remembered to send small bursts of info of your day

Bigger companies can have office staff combine the tasks and highlights as the day goes on or even just write it from a print of the day to work assignments. If you were dedicated to it hourly through the work day and learned to hit the adsense related keywords it could make your phone ring.
