I have psoriasis pretty bad on the top of my feet, sometimes it prevents me from working for a few days. Here is the thing about psoriasis it is a auto immune so whatever you use eventualy it won't work anymore. Also it is not a topical issue, for me if I get it to go away on my feet it pops up somewhere else. Here is what I do, it may not work for you. First off most soaps are really ruff on your skin, I use goats milk soap as it is all natural and is very mild with no scent. 2nd I put Johnson's baby powder in my socks, it helps keep my feet dry and reduces friction that lead to irritation, baby powder will not clump up like foot powder FYI. 3rd alcohol, lots of sugar and stress are the 3 main contributors to psoriasis flaring up, try you best to eliminate those I know it's hard because trust me I like my beer but is it really worth the pain? And 4th I try to not use any kind of medication/cream unless it is really bad then as soon as it gets better stop!!! I screwed my self when I was in the Navy, I use everything out there. Now almost no kind of medication for psoriasis works because it is a autoimmune. Only use the medication when you really really need it. I hope this helps, please feel free to pm me anytime with any questions. Sam
