So not to high jack someone elses thread. Just got back from the WCT seminar in Lexington, KY. One of the best yet.
Great speakers and a good mix of new and old operators. Several new things to try this year. Starting monday. Thank you Eric.

It was a really good conference. My dad took a few pics before and during the presentations.

Jim Comstock at the Tomahawk booth in the vendor area.

Chris Hemphill from Indianapolis did a great segment on professionalism. Great line here: we are in the people business. People pay us to get rid of the squirrels from their home. When the squirrels pay us to get rid of the people, then we will be in the animal business.

Some of the attendees during one of the many presentations.

I went crazy and used over 100 photos in my "working with bats" presentation. Hoped that a very visual segment would be interesting.

Some of the presenters after the final Friday segment during a Q & A session. Left to right: Chad Soard, Tim Julien, Jim Comstock, Paul Brooker, myself, Chris Hemphill, Eric McCool, Ron Krueger.

This was the one seminar that I truly wanted to attend above all others and was unable to because of family commitments. ( My wife happened to be holding the biggest gun in the house at the time )

Obviously my wife has better connections to God than I do. I got sicker than a rabid skunk and spent the weekend in bed. ( Alone ) Not only did I miss the many of you that I know and those that I really wanted to meet for the first time, but I also missed the family doings.

P.S. After explaining to the doctor about all my woes and hardships, she asked me about my general health. And you know what? Not only did I lead a life that I would never thought would reach the age of seventy ( Think of the ladder falls alone ) but I have to admit that I can probably beat up a lot of guys that are only 65. ( Especially the ones in wheelchairs or on crutches )

I had a great time at the event also. I agree with Rick 100%, money well spent. I learned an awful lot and would like to thank all the presenters.

Ditto Rick, very nice to meet you in person. Judy had "warned" me that you would be there, but waited till we were in the air so I wouldn't chicken out. After some lively exchanges we had on the sites over the past months, I was wondering if you would just come out swinging or talk a little first. After we had talked for a bit about squirrel traps I think, it was a bit of shocker to read the name tag, yikes!

That was the first WCT we attended. Judy and I had a great time meeting everyone, Mat Chitwood, Al Krier, and so many others, learned a lot too. Looking forward to the next one.

Yes, I was at Mo. A lot of people at KY, so hard to see everyone I wanted to see.
