It cost 350 per mailing! Goes to homes with income
Of 52,000 or more And a house value of 87,000 or higher!

Do you think it would be worth it? Anybody else have experience

One reason I think it might work is because
Of all the other advertisers on the mailer! They
Have a bunch of pizza coupons and the like along with it
So maybe instead of just throwing it out they
Will keep it untile all the coupons they can use
Are gone!

I look at it this way; if it works out and you make some money, fine. And if it doesn't work out, well at least that's a thousand dollars that Obama won't get his greasy mitts on.

I hope it works. In my area it went to over 50,000 homes. got no response the first go so I paid nothing for the second mailing and still got zip. I truely hope it works for you.

I did a 100k home mailer. Not one call. Waste of time and money. Only reason I did was my uncle works for the magazine.

A complete hour radius! Heck I don't think there is 100,000
Ppl in a hour radius of me! Maybe I shouldn't try it!
But then again ppl don't use the internete much around
Here so maybe it will work.

Make sure you have a catchy pic somewhere on it to grab the attention and make em look twice before it hits the can.

Well I was going through some old posts and
Found this one and thought I would bring it back
Up again. The add worked in a way, it paid for itself
Many times over but, They royally screwed up my
Add and only gave me half of my money back.
Here is the add they messed up on.



It was supposed to be 25 dollars off not 125 dollars
Off and they printed bat programs instead of bat
Problems. If they would have printed the add right I
Truley think it would have been a good deal. Another
Thing I found out was that they lied about the adds going
To home owners that made over 52,000 a year. They just
Sent them on a mail route and where they landed they landed.
So all the apartment complexes were completely useless
For me.
