Does anyone happen to know the process to obtain an adc license in MO? Still trying to reach my local agent.
Thanks,
Lee

Don't quote me but my understanding is Missouri is the one where you don't need anything but a trapping license.

Correct - no licensing required.

Would I need to notify the agent? How could one "prove" that he was nuisance trapping?
Thanks!

Once you are established as a real business and if you possess the skill set to do the job I would talk to the agents in your area and ask for referrals. Likewise, a business license, insurance certificate, signed service agreement etc., will show that you are doing nuisance work.

As stated no permit required, only a valid T-permit, IN SEASON. OFF SEASON, "The property owner, OR THEIR AGENT", (you) can trap nuisance animals out of season. BUT, If you're going after say, a Deer/Otter or Turkey, you better check with the County F&G agent FIRST, and you are not allowed to keep/use any part of the animal, and must dispose of it as instructed by the agent. Always a good idea to get to know your agents anyway, (2 for each county). These reg's and more can be read in the Hunting/trapping reg book available anywhere that sells permits, online, or in the master reg book.

Lee, I happen to issue all the "Missouri adc licenses." Just send me a cashier's check for $500 and I'll send you a "Missouri adc license."
Or, if you want a real answer, you might try the people who govern Missouri State activities? Like, umm, the state government? (HINT: it might be somebody like Rissouri Repartment of Ronservation)

Check is in the mail Dave.. I made it a cashiers check so you'd have no trouble cashing it there at any of the big city banks.
