Some lady paid me 300 bucks to remove a live mouse from a drop ceiling , she trapped...it was dragging the trap around and she couldn't hear the tv.

$350 to come pick up a dead squirrel from a basement floor. Ended up being a rabbit.

I had to remove one of my technicians from a mouse job in a strip club when he wouldn't leave the dressing room.

There have been too many to remember, one that stands out many years ago, getting an emergency call for a bird in the basement. They paid well for me to come over in the middle of the night and change the batteries in their smoke detector. Chirp-Chirp.......Chirp -Chirp....LOL His wife was not amused at all, after they had spent hours looking for that bird and searching all the duct work, etc.

Hey Albert ,

Does the skunk that followed the cat upstairs in that house, ended up spraying ......and the two people who lived there where sitting at the table drinking coffee like nothing happened
rate as a crazy one?

I got a frantic call about two raccoons tearing apart a lady's kitchen.

I drove over and found the lady, her daughter, the neighbors and a cop all standing outside in the yard. I walked over and opened the door and the two racoons ran out.

$150.

Scott, I forgot about those folks, couldn't hardly stand the smell, and they were having coffee and donuts like it was perfume on a princess. We should write a book.

Hahaha my job with furharvestors has ended for the season and now I'm back on the job full time at the farm so I haven't got to check my post since I made it. These are some of the best stories I've ever heard lol laugh

I don't have any crazy ADC job stories for you guys yet sadly.

I did managed to have a pretty crazy day on the farm my first day back. The trackhoe got fell in a ditch and I had to go under the cab and hook a chain to the undercarriage hooks so we could pull it out. It took us 10 hours, a 350 horse John deere tractor, and another trackhoe and I was covered with that nasty black mud up to my ears.

I thought about trying to pick a favorite story but its just too hard lol. By the way Paul are you sure you don't have that story backwards? Did your technicians remove you from the dressing room while you were working on a "beaver and cougar" job?

About this time last year, I had a Gray Squirrel-litter-in-chimney job; set up a colony trap, dropped the rope down, sat down with the customer and went over the prices before we both signed the contract.
Next day, plucked the whole bunch out of the trap, left invoice, felt pretty good about the deal, was sure the guy would be thrilled to have such quick solution. That afternoon, customer calls losing his mind becuz I charged him per animal as clearly written in the contract he signed. I mean, this guy was RAVING. Did I mention that I set up the job in the pouring rain on about two hours' notice?
Can't win for losing.

Dave you should have also charged him for a last minute/in the rain job. That's ridiculous that he said something to you after you did that for him in the rain and got rid of them overnight.

Dylan, you're farming all wrong. I had a muskrat job on a farm that one of my older classmates owned. He planted a subdivision on his back 50 acres. I'm guessing that these houses go for between $400,000.00 and $600,000.00 and there are only two lots left.

I love these people. He sold most of the farm for a lot of money, probably gave it all to his church, and a couple of months ago was doing janitorial work at the high school my grandkids go to.

Don't ever make fun of a janitor. We are some of the coolest dudes on earth!
