Ya know its going to be one of those days when things fall apart early.
A bit cool in NM this morning, around 21 degrees at 0500. But not uncommon for NM bipolar weather.
Headed out to check game cameras at a ranch and out pops a coyote.
Bail out of the truck to get a better angle on him when I realize I'm being snowed on and I'm standing along the edge of the road with a rifle in my right hand and my door handle in my left.
Who would have thought that dodge ram door handles aren't a normal in stock item at most parts stores.
Didnt even get a shot at the coyote, just stood there and stared at the handle in my hand while he ran off.
Only good thing is that it warmed up to 35 degrees today.

Mike, This weather is a kicker isn't it!? We were up in Mora area on Saturday and the weather was beautiful, did some inspections and enjoyed a nice drive through the mountains. Stopped at a few little stream crossings, nice pairs of brook trout and watched an american dipper hunting in the stream bottom before heading home.

Two days later it was snowing there and right back down into the 20's at night! Always sunny though! smile

This spring can't seem to make up its mind much...

Is an American dipper related to a U.S. congressman?
