I just received a phone call from my son P.J. I believe his exact words were, "Dad, I think I finally turned into you. I was up on the ladder, getting baby raccoons out of a hole in a tall tree. I realized that I had no place to put them, so I stuck them in my pockets like you always do. They peed all the way down the ladder. My legs are soaked and I'm going home to take a shower."

I feel so proud! My son is a walking urinating post set! ( I would love to hear what the grandkids say when he gets home )

Pockets? So that's what they're for. I guess I've been using them wrong all these years to carry nails and screws and anything I might possibly need in the event of Lord knows what.
With no room in the inn I usually unbuttoned a few top buttons of the shirt and make like a kangaroo.

That's a good one Paul! My son came up with using a game vest for working to keep hands free, and the pouch in the back comes in handy for stuff like that too. Its cool watching the youngsters work it out in their head.

Budfish, I'm pretty sure that's what my son said. ( Except for the "just kidding" part )

BigBob, that was my first thought exactly, but then I realized that if they could claw like that, they wouldn't fit in a pocket. I did have coveralls on one time and I got some bigger babies. Just unzipped my coveralls and jammed them in. By the time I got out of the crawl space I had raccoons crawling out of both sleeves and my collar. I thought the customers would need an ambulance. They were both amazed and laughing at the same time. ( Hence, the "I turned into you" call )
