I finally made it to another Illinois Wildlife Control Operator's Association meeting. And I'm really glad I did.

Any time you have a meeting at Rob Erickson's place, there is always a challenge between comradery and food.

I guess food won because one of the attendees was very upset that they didn't get a picture of me gnawing on a turkey leg.

Rob and Lisa Erickson are terrific hosts. How many people would enjoy having two meetings a year at their home?

Some of the info that I gleaned at the meeting will probably be in a future issue of WCT.

P.S. Illinois drivers only drive fast in your state. In Illinois they never pass and never drive more than the limit.

I start a lot of my sentences will a conjunction. My wife calls it conjuntionvitus.

You were saying something about not getting a photo of you with your turkey leg?

Oh Dear Lord, I can't possibly be that old! But Rob Erickson can make an absolutely wonderful turkey. And I'm having the other leg for supper. ( And I'm having plastic surgery in the morning )

The only things worth saving in that picture is my watch and my diamond ring. ( A gift from my wife )

P.S. Vincent Van Gogh looked better dead then I do in that picture. ( At least you made my wife's day )
