Is it legal to pay employees commission only for trapping jobs? I would still pay hourly for cleaning and exclusion. I just think commission for jobs is the way to go if legal.

Check your state employment laws. They may have criteria for what is allowed to be paid on piece work, commission, hourly, or salary. If they don't have any restrictions on it, then go for it. I know of one large company here in Ohio that pays commission for everything and I've questioned the legality of it due to our labor laws.
