As handling birds, other than English Sparrows, Starlings and Pigeons all fall under the authority of U.S. Fish and Wildlife I presume that we are, regardless of state, subject to the same regulations. I am familiar with the 6 page form we are supposed to fill out and send with a C-note or maybe its $150 and that we are guaranteed a response within like 60 days...

Anyway my question is this: are there situations such as in vents that could be a fire hazard where we can remove nests without jumping through all the hoops? I don't have this situation at present but have turned down work for fear of the wrath of the feds.
