My best friend and fellow ADC guy, Al Krier, just wished me a Happy Father's Day and I need to pass it along. I guess you never realize how important fathers are until they're gone.

My folks have been gone for many years and I was always a "momma's boy" anyway, so who would believe that most of your thoughts would be about your father in later years?

You fathers have no idea how important you are, so try to live up to the expectations of your kids. With any luck, at least you'll get a free meal once a year.

My son gave me a pint of "apple pie". First pint came from John's island sc. This pint came from peigon forge. Tenn. (Ole smokey) the first pint was much sweeter.

All my daughters and wife wished me a happy fathers day, but I got stuck buying the food. Finished a job today and my 7 year old went along with me. Now all she wants to do is set my cage traps for me. All my daughters have been on different jobs with me and they say its pretty cool. I guess it can't get any better than that.
