Throw Back OP trapper T Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 188 California	I know no one can give me a number, but how what method would you use. We can't effectively trap coyotes, leaving calling and shooting the only effective method. Would u charge a per trip fee, a per body fee, or a deposit plus per dog? I'm having trouble.

sgs trapper S Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 843 NH	I used to call coyotes back in the 80's. Each calling session lasted less than an hour. Get in place and let the woods calm down for twenty minutes. Call once or twice over the next twenty minutes. If they're coming in they usually do it within a very few minutes. Then twenty minutes to pickup and get back to the truck and on my way. If it's the same out your way, I'd just charge by the hour.

You know, it took me a minute re reading the regs for the tenth time to realize snaring was legal for wco's here. To be honest my expirience is limited, but i will look into these for sure.
