Saw this old 6 tooth, I believe its a #5, hanging on the wall of a shop. Person took 3in pieces of rod and welded the jaws open in corners for display. tried to but it , but not for sale

Hi Kevin, That's a neat trap. it's just too bad someone had welded on it. Ive seen that before. Thanks for posting the photo. Keep on checking it out. Ive seen traps before that folks have said not for sale, however people sometimes change there mind. Greg

Hi Kevin, That is a shame. Makes me cringe every time I see someone do that to a trap. A few years back a guy had a beautiful #15 Kenwood that was like new that someone electric welded the jaws open at the posts, the dog to the pan, welded the top and bottom eyes of the springs together, and just totally ruined it.
