This is the first model #6 OC. Right at the end of the Community period and the start of the OC period, as they were using up the rest of the riveted tooth jaws from the Community period, before going to the cast tooth jaw. This trap was way over cleaned when I got it. As with a riveted tooth Newhouse with 125 plus years of patina the brass that was used to lay and secure the teeth in after they were riveted on will develop a somewhat greenish to dark patina and will blend in with the patina of the trap is hardly noticeable. This is what it looked like after the brass was laid in at the factory. They always say the more brass on a riveted toothed trap the better, and they certainly did not spare any on this one when they did it.
