So I got my 2nd coyote the other day and I decided to cook the backstraps and legs. I took a can of apricots, some homemade barbecue sauce, salt and pepper and cooked it in the slow cooker overnight. It's actually pretty good. Reminds me of coon or a hint of duck. I would prefer something a little spicier and maybe with some potatoes though. The hardest thing is getting over the idea that it's a coyote.

So if you were thinking of trying coyote - go for it!
