As to the original post, the BATF&E is supposed to look into the sporting use of fmj. They failed to get the AR rifles banned so they go after ammo. The price of ball ammo is already going up so maybe it's a plot by the ammo makers The fmj is picked by these brilliant thinkers because they say it is military therefore more dangerous in the hands of us dirt people. Any of these alphabet agencies can make up any stupid "RULE" (not law) they want and it stands until challenged or held up by a judge. Hey Paul, I really think he knows exactly what he is doing, and succeeding at it very well. That hope and CHANGE is change to our Constitution and culture. He wants to reform America's foundation and CHANGE our country to a socialist/communist democracy. The people shall depend on the government for all things because the government knows best. His latest blunders make no sense to normal people, - even some liberals are normal. But he always makes sense to the socialist, communist, progressive moonbats who permeate DC. Until he is out of office, we have to put up with it,which hopefully will not be too late.
