A friend is infested,,,,,, Please help............

My 80 year old friend from WA has a serious problem......( house is Sun city ArZ)
She does have drainage issues around the perimeter of the home?????? Does this contribute?

Wet wood is more attractive to Carpenter ants. Termites are simply attracted to wood. They are the only thing that eats wood. Check out IPCO website for a member that works in that area. International Pest Control Operators. I've been a member there longer than I have been here. You will deal with a independent guy that will be fair and honest. It may not be cheap but it will be done right. Tell them I sent you.
