Do you just skin a badger like you would a coon or is there another way to start it out?

Ive heard they are worth more if you leave the claws on. Is this true and if it is how do u do it?

Whats the best stretcher for them and how do u tack them on there?

I case skin mine, flesh and then open up the belly and tack out open. Buyers like to be able to inspect the fur

WOW must be a lot of badgers being caught this year and no one reading all the badger instructions every week LOL.

Yes, with paws and claws and face work, more dollars if a taxidermist or a hobbist Mountain Man buys them, not so just for the fur auctions.

Case skin them, flesh and put them up fur out on a #4 or 5 wire or wood stretcher.

Ok till next week LOL!!

One additional comment about badgers - there is more to it than just leaving the feet on the pelt. The feet need to be properly skinned out - bones removed and properly dried.

If you just leave the complete foot on the pelt without proper skinning, you most likely won't get any more than you would for the fur value because the fur on the feet will most likely slip in the tanning process.
