Throwback - I'm no expert by any means but I have been doing my own websites for over 10 years and studied a google analytics manual which gave me a lot of insight. Google has made some changes and your site can actually be penalized with lower rankings if you start keyword stuffing, use the same keywords or key phrases over and over or use Flash. Keep in mind that your website will take months to start showing up. Once you submit it to the search engines webcrawlers will check out your site and index it. The webcrawlers don't read every single word on the site but they do read the page titles, footers, captioned photos and words or sentences in bold type. That being said, you should use bold type for the relevant keywords or key phrases that you want the crawlers to detect - namely the phrases that people would likely use to find related services such as "get rid of gophers in Grass Valley". Google wants a website that has good relevant content related to the users search phrase and the content should be somewhat educational and flow well for the reader. I still come across sites with poor spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of similar sounding but
wrong words. Your keywords or key phrases should be in bold and integrated into the content across multiple pages. You should also consider using a website builder/hosting that also converts your main website to view on mobile devices as well. I've included a link from a previous post for your review as well. Hope this helps a little.
