I've never applied for my Ky license. I've always had enough work here in Indiana. In Indiana moles are not regulated, not requiring a permit. What are the Ky regulations on moles? Require permit? Trap checks etc...? I haven't been able to find any information online. I have people begging me to do mole work just across the river.
