Hi guys.
I am new to traps. Have always been interested in them.
A family friend has three old Newhouse traps. They are a #50 (Oneida), a #50 (Kenwood) and a #150 (Oneida)

They seem to be complete and in great shape.
I know nothing about the value of traps like this.

Looks like three pretty nice traps. I see two #50s and one #150. Remember though, "Trap Collecting Is Not A Hobby, It's A Disease.

Based on these photos, how does the condition look?
I don't know enough about these old traps to know what "good condition" is.

And I am having a hard time finding a value for him.

From what I've seen on ebay i'd say they are worth somewheres around 1000.00.

$1000 for the three or each?

They would be in my option on the small side for bears, although they were listed as such,,,,the #6 was the big boy for grizz and kodiak Browns,,,,the 5&15 were considered the standard trap for black bears,,,the ken wood would be the most valuable, again in my opinion ,,I am not into pricing, but if you are going to sell them do a LOT of research cause they are not cheap,,the pitting I see will lower the value,,,good luck which ever way you go,,,
